CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation by the Learner
We operate a cancellation and refund policy for our workshops and courses booked online through our website, over the telephone and in person at our shop.
You are able to withdraw up to 7 days before the start date of your workshop or course and we will provide a refund or credit note. To be eligible for this refund or credit note you are required to write to us by email or letter within 7 days of the start date of the workshop or course you have booked. You may request a credit note for future courses in place of a refund, which we will offer subject to availability.
If you withdraw within 7 days of your workshop or course start date you will not be eligible for a refund or credit note and the full cost of the course will be due.
Cancellation by Whistle & Hound
We may, regretfully, have to cancel a workshop or course if we do not receive enough enrolments. The minimum number of people required for a course to run will be clearly displayed on our website. You will be informed as soon as possible if a course does not have sufficient numbers to run and a full refund will be made by crediting your credit/debit card or by cheques. It is not possible to refund in cash.
In the event of session cancellations due to extreme weather, tutor illness or other unforeseen circumstances, replacement or extended sessions, where possible and in conjunction with the tutor, will be oﬀered. In the unusual event that this is not possible, we will offer a full refund or credit note.
